CNC-Machining: Plasma Cutting

With our highly efficient plasma cutting system, we ensure short throughput times and low costs. At Interstahl, you can obtain blanks from 8 to 80 mm sheets – produced on our plasma cutting system. Our systems can be used to produce precise flame-cut blanks above and below water that require little or no post-processing.

We have an extensive stock of hot-rolled stainless steel sheets.

All common materials, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4541, 1.4571, are always in stock in all sheet thicknesses from 8 to 60 mm. In addition, we can also offer you all other special materials such as Incoloy or Hastelloy on request. Short delivery times are possible at any time.

The working area of our knife plasma cutting machine is 2500 mm x 8000 mm. Contour cuts are possible up to 80 mm, piercing up to a thickness of 50 mm.
