CNC machining technology: Milling

With our ten modern machining centres and the CAD/CAM software FUSION 360 from Autodesk, we are able to master any challenge in stainless steel machining.

We have access to a wide machining range (X=4,000 mm, Y=1,600 mm, Z=1,600 mm, 10 tonnes), as well as 3D measuring probes and a tool presetter from Zoller, which enable maximum precision.

In the five-axis simultaneous area, we have access to two Hermle machines and a DMU85 monoblock, each equipped with a swivelling table.

Our two Zayer XIOS bed-type milling machines each have a continuously positionable universal milling head, which enables the machining of all angles of a workpiece in all axes
