Superplast® SP300® and SP400® by industeel, pre-hardenend and tempered special grade tool steel by Industeel including WAZ 3.1

SP300® can replace the standard grades P20/W1.273. At the same time is easy to process and polish. The high heat-conductivity makes the construction of complex formes easier than ever.

SP400® was developed especially for heavy-duty moulds. SP400® can substitute the grades W1.2711/W1.2714 and in some cases H11/H13. Despite its high hardness Superplast can be milled and drilled in the pre-hardened state. In production use the high heat-conductivity and the ability to weld-repair are great assets compared to other grades.
